Insource Services was originally conceived as a financial management and bookkeeping service for small businesses seeking expert counsel on a part-time basis. At the time, our "hands-on" outsourced approach was novel and provided clients with the comprehensive knowledge, skills, and perspective they needed to manage and grow their organizations.

Over the years, Insource Services became increasingly entrenched in client business and evolved from a vendor to that of an integrated partner and key management team resource. Increasingly, clients specifically requested Insource Services play an expanded role in their organization.

Today, Insource Services includes 30 full-time professionals with extensive experience in finance, human resources and technology. Our client base features a diverse group of dynamic businesses and non-profit organizations including representation from high technology, biotech, law firms, philanthropic organizations, charter schools, and other professional service companies.
