Have you worked in a CFO capacity or are you interested in bringing your Controller experience to the next level? Senior Financial Managers are responsible for overseeing financial functions at client sites. In this role you will be responsible for interfacing with and presenting to senior management and boards as well as overseeing other financial staff functions at client sites. This is a hands-on position and may be right for you if you enjoy digging in and doing the work as well as being seen as the resident expert on financial matters.

Successful candidates will possess strong technical skills and an interest in working in non-profit client organizations. Responsibilities include transitioning and setting up new clients; interpreting client accounting systems; analyzing financial reports; preparing cash flow forecasts; and working with clients to ensure they are maximizing their financial capacity. Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree; hands-on accounting experience; and proven supervisory and organizational skills. MBA or CPA a plus. This position demands outstanding interpersonal skills, working knowledge of computerized accounting systems; spreadsheet experience is a must.
