Julie provides our clients with technical guidance and systems support. This includes configuring, testing, deploying and instructing on cloud software programs and applications, resolving hardware and software issues, and system planning and implementation.

With over five years of working experience in highly technical roles in the information technology and services industry, Julie provides first-class specialist assistance with escalated IT-related user needs both on and off-site, which includes helping to select the right collaboration platform and overseeing the smooth rollout of system updates.

Julie has an Associate’s degree in Networking and Cybersecurity from SUNY Schenectady County Community College, Schenectady, NY.

Known for his professional work ethic and passion for achieving clients’ needs, Abdullah assists the IT team with setting up new users, helping with device imaging, and product instruction creation for user training.

Before taking up the Senior IT Support Specialist role at Insource, Abdullah worked in technology for seven years, which included being a Technical Expert at Apple.

When not dealing with our client’s IT support needs, you can find Abdullah at the gym, spending time with friends, or doing something related to his passion for cars.

Abdullah is currently working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems at Massbay Community College, Wellesley, MA.

Dedicated and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic, Liya is an experienced team player who supports clients with budget preparations, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and audit preparation. As a Finance and Accounting Manager, Liya works with her colleagues to help clients create operational efficiencies to meet company objectives and manage their financial health. 

Prior to joining Insource, Liya had 20+ years of financial accounting experience in a variety of positions at different organizations throughout several industries ranging in size. 

When she’s not working, Liya can be found spending time with family, whether it’s traveling, playing backgammon, or enjoying walks.

Liya has a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Suffolk University, Boston, MA.

Kayla is a motivated and compassionate member of the Insource HR team. She supports clients by acting as a front-line resource for their questions regarding employee benefits and HR administration. Her daily duties as an HR Administrator in a fast-paced environment include supporting pre-employment, staffing and onboarding processes, communicating and coordinating between Insource and its partners, creating and maintaining client employee files, and deploying communications initiatives.  

Prior to working at Insource, Kayla worked in a variety of roles in the healthcare industry using her analytical and administrative skills.  

When not at Insource, you can find Kayla hosting family events or attending different sports games.

Our Senior IT Manager, Jose, provides technical guidance and support to our clients, whether it’s assisting them with initial equipment setup, virus removal, software updates, or troubleshooting hardware or software.

Jose has over 10 years of expertise in support environments, assisting both employees and customers with technical issues. His experience is highly varied as prior to joining Insource, Jose worked as an Advanced Computer Technician / Double Agent for the Best Buy Geek Squad. He is passionate and highly knowledgeable about computer systems, setting up user accounts, solving hardware and software issues, and implementing IT policies.

When not dealing with our clients’ IT support challenges, Jose can be found spending time with his family, or cheering on his favorite Boston sports teams!

Jose holds an Associate of Science Degree in Computer Science from Quincy College, MA, having graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Shavon is a passionate, dependable leader on the HR team, who uses her 20+ years of experience in Human Resources & Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) work to help Insources clients achieve further success.

Known for her action-oriented determination to build respectful relationships, Shavon supports multiple clients with their HR management needs. This includes policy development, staffing, HR compliance, performance management, employee relations, benefits program design and administration, and compensation. She is a frequent trainer and facilitator primarily focused on issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

As a DEI and racial equity facilitator and thought leader Shavon has experience partnering with government agencies, organizations, academic institutions, businesses, faith-based initiatives, and communities seeking to advance their mission by promoting DEI values for the benefit and development of their workforce and communities served. Shavon prioritizes relationship-building and service to design effective strategies for integrating DEI principles into organizational practices while ensuring that each process is tailored to every client’s unique brand, mission and goals.

In her free time, you’ll find Shavon planning the next family getaway or enjoying quality time with family and friends.

Shavon has a Bachelor of Biological Science from the University of Pittsburgh. She is certified through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP) and the Senior Professionals in Human Resources. (SPHR)

Jonathan is a dedicated member of the IT team responsible for assisting clients with a variety of technical, network, and system support.

As an IT Engineer, Jonathan provides first-class guidance and expert support to clients. Working with his colleagues, Jonathan’s duties include performing routine reviews and maintenance on servers and cloud systems, and managing firewalls, security assets, and Office 365/Azure.

Prior to joining Insource, Jonathan gained over eight years’ experience in the Managed Service Provider industry working with clients from healthcare, government, insurance, manufacturing, education, and finance.

Barbara is a skilled and collaborative member of the HR team renowned for excellent interpersonal communication skills. 

As HR Consultant, Barbara provides clients with first-class support on employment matters, regulatory changes, and updates to personnel policies and procedures. She also stays up to date with compliance issues and advises clients on best practices to reduce risk.  Professionally and thoughtfully, she guides her clients through employee relations situations, including the implementation of policies and programs.   

Barbara has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Journalism from New England College, Henniker, NH, and a Master of Education degree in Integrated Studies; Management, Counselling, and Education from Cambridge College, Cambridge, MA.

Kevin is a customer-focused and detail-oriented member of the IT team. Alongside his colleagues, he provides first-class IT support to Insource and its clients.

Kevin is a driven and motivated IT Manager with leading IT and organizational change with collaboration technologies and crafting IT policy to fit an organization’s needs. On a daily basis, he provides technical guidance and strategy to Insource clients, which includes project management, strategizing complex tasks, and assisting colleagues with accomplishing client IT goals while leading the client service delivery team.

When not at Insource, Kevin plays and coaches paintball, and enjoys spending time with his family and puppy.

Before joining Insource, Christianne worked for 20 years in numerous leadership HR roles in the banking and biotech start-up fields in the US and abroad where she was involved in leading recruiting efforts and working in HR creating policies and procedures.

Christian is a knowledgeable and agile member of the IT team, working with his colleagues to provide excellent support to Insource and its clients.

As part of the service delivery team, Christian provides remote and on-site technical support to clients. His day-to-day duties include troubleshooting both hardware and software issues, system updates, and equipment rollout for new users.

Christian has vast experience in user support and technical service, having spent time in a number of customer service roles. From household names in cell phone and internet provision to local healthcare services, Christian’s experience makes him expertly placed to troubleshoot IT-related issues for clients.

Christian has a Degree in Computer Engineering and Information Technology from Vermont Technical College, VT.

Catherine, a seasoned Senior Recruiter with more than three decades of experience in talent acquisition, covers all facets of recruitment, particularly excelling in candidate sourcing from various avenues. She specializes in delivering clients a concise list of candidates and crafting and implementing customized recruitment strategies aligned with client requirements. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Westfield State College. 

Outside of her Insource duties, Catherine enjoys leisurely activities such as walking her rescue Pitbull mix, Indigo, participating in yoga classes, indulging her love for gourmet cuisine as a food enthusiast, and engaging in board games.
