Courtney Fitzpatrick
HR Consultant
As a member of the HR consulting team, Courtney works on a variety of client engagements in the overall support and management of their human resource needs in the areas of policy and procedure, HR compliance, staffing, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.
Courtney has worked for years in the HR field, most recently as an HR Director for a glass company. When not at Insource, you can find her spending time with her family and friends ideally traveling to her favorite destinations such as Ogunquit, Maine and the mountains of New Hampshire and Vermont.
Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Roger Williams University in Rhode Island.
“Offered a full-time position right out of college, I was able to work closely with the Human Resources director, and I was quickly drawn to the HR field through that experience. Right now, the most exciting part of my work is being able to constantly help others. In Human Resources, particularly at Insource, we are constantly helping both our team/co-workers and our clients. Being able to work as a team to help each other, and to solve problems and answer questions for clients is really what makes work exciting and enjoyable.”
