Tom Truslow
Senior HR Consultant
As a member of the HR consulting team, Tom works on a variety of client engagements in the overall support and management of their human resource needs in the areas of policy and procedure, HR compliance, staffing, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.
Prior to Insource, Tom worked for ten years as an HR Generalist at Whole Foods Market where he was involved on all aspects of recruiting, training, employee relations, and benefit administration. He also spent several years as a manager and producer of shows and artists in both the music and theater industries.
Tom holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics from Connecticut College.
