What You’ll Do:

  • Working as part of a service delivery team that includes recruiting and HR administrative support, you will provide HR services to our clients and serve as a resource to client management on all employment matters. Approach should be flexible and practical when addressing issues, with an understanding that one of our primary roles is to reduce client risk and exposure on matters related to employment practices. Assist with routine and complex employee relations/performance issues and non-standard matters in addition to daily HR management duties. Act as the in-house HR resource for all client needs, advise and update staff as needed on personnel policy or procedures.
  • Serve as a resource on staff operational and compliance issues beyond the basic HR functions of benefits, performance management and employee life cycle processes. Develop and improve client HR systems and infrastructure within the HR service area guidelines. Enhance and update policies and procedures in accordance with labor laws and best practices while also proactively identifying instances of non-compliance with labor laws. Work with management to resolve issues. Serve as a strategic partner to management and assist with employee engagement, retention and issue resolution.
  • Oversee the maintenance of HR documentation in accordance with labor laws, best practices and company standards. Delegate and manage process as appropriate. Manage and maintain benefit plans, design and coordinate new employee onboarding and exit meetings or delegate as appropriate (consultants typically will conduct these meetings).
  • Participate in HR Assessments, benefit program design and administration and proactively identify issues with suggestions for resolution. Utilize extensive experience and knowledge in benefit plans, mitigating employment issues, lay-offs/terminations, reductions in force and compliance to offer advice to clients on all HR related tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of HR Generalist experience with increasing levels of autonomy and proactive engagement with the work
  • Requires excellent administrative and client relationship skills
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in engaging with clients in a highly professional and service oriented manner. Serve as an effective ambassador of Insource HR at client sites
  • Ability to work independently and comfort in managing and assigning work to administrators

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary support to Sr. Financial Managers in the scheduling, coordination, and analysis of weekly, monthly, and annual financial data and reporting. Provide Q& A oversight of bookkeeping functions.
  • Understands the requirements of the engagement through on-going communication with the Director of Financial Consulting and Sr. Financial Managers.
  • Support new client start-up with Insource client team in the transitioning of new clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • The Associate IT Manager will be responsible for the overall management of client relationships and their IT infrastructure.
  • Develop a partnership with key stakeholders at client organizations ranging from CEO’s to end users

What You’ll Do:

  • Working as part of a service delivery team, provide first-level technical support to assigned clients, both remote and on-site. Assist clients with initial equipment setup, virus removal, software updates and hardware incidents all while effectively communicating issues and updates to IT Managers
  • On a monthly basis, manage office/desktop and email support, perform lab machine rollouts. Participate in monthly meeting with entire technical team to discuss new technologies, case studies, roadblocks, and outstanding service delivery
  • On an annual basis, operate system support for Windows XP/Vista/7 and Mac OS X, provide mobile device support for iPhone, iPad, and Android. Handle the creation and maintenance of all IT accounts, including Active Directory, MS Exchange, Gmail, etc.

What You’ll Do:

  • Working as part of a service delivery team, you will oversee and perform a variety of financial reporting and oversight activities related to the financial wellbeing of clients. Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial close as well as related reporting in accordance with GAAP and client internal control policies
  • Establish schedules and processes for compiling, processing, and reporting financial data and oversee the technical quality of financial and accounting work delivery for team quality control on day-to-day operations as well as monthly, quarterly and annual close

What You’ll Do:

  • Work as a part of Insource Services’ corporate team to provide support to our business and general office operational functions such as assisting with answering phones, processing mail, greeting office visitors, maintaining office supply inventory, daily visits to bank, post office box, and other errands as necessary
  • Assist with administrative tasks, data entry in Salesforce and other databases, establish and maintain files/records, meeting and event logistics, help to maintain website and other duties as assigned.
  • This position is part time at 25 hours a week, Monday through Friday 9:00-2:00.

What You’ll Do:

  • Working as part of a service delivery team, provide routine accounting services to our clients. You will process accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, cash disbursements and cash receipts using QuickBooks or other accounting software packages
  • On a monthly basis, reconcile bank items, job cost, maintain department and general ledger accounts, prepare and enter journal entries, maintain electronic/paper files and prepare draft financial and management reports
  • On an annual basis, assist with gathering data for budget processes, audit preparation, preparing 1099s and other tax filings, as well as other client-specific regulatory filings
  • On an ongoing basis, work with client and Insource staff to regularly upgrade and improve operating procedures and regularly document the changes

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven adeptness at detail work and experience managing multiple priorities
  • High level of self-motivation with an ability to work independently
  • Track record of being diplomatic, patient, ready-to-learn, with a great sense of humor
  • Undergraduate degree preferred and/or relevant experience
  • Enthusiastic about accounting and finance in nonprofits and/or small to mid-sized firms
  • Experience with Excel, preferable experience building VLookups and Pivot Tables
