Insource Is Now Certified in the Claude Partner Network

Buying an AI tool has become the easy part. For most organizations, the harder question is what happens after the licenses are assigned.

Over the past year, Insource has helped over 70 nonprofits and professional services organizations roll out Claude, Anthropic’s AI assistant, across their teams. In our experience, the size of an organization’s license count says little about the return it gets. What predicts success is the support behind the rollout.

That is what led us to join the Claude Partner Network, Anthropic’s program for firms that deploy Claude for customers. We have now reached Certified status in the network, and members of our team hold Claude certifications, including the “Claude Certified Architect – Foundations” credential.

To earn those credentials, our consultants were trained and tested on how Claude works in practice: how to configure it securely, how to connect it to the systems clients already depend on, and how to design workflows that hold up in daily operations. We see certification less as a marketing badge than as a standard we hold ourselves to.

In practical terms, clients can expect rollouts with permissions, data boundaries, and governance in place; integrations with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, or finance systems configured correctly the first time; training built around their staff’s actual work rather than generic demonstrations; and support across our Finance, HR, IT, and Data & AI practices, so that the benefits reach the whole organization rather than a single department.

In our experience, most AI tools are used at a fraction of their capability. Staff learn to draft an email or summarize a document, and adoption stalls. The limitation is seldom the software; more often, no one has shown employees what else it can do.

Closing that gap requires two kinds of knowledge: a deep understanding of the tool, and a deep understanding of the organization using it. We have spent more than 30 years working alongside nonprofits and professional services firms, learning how they operate. We believe combining that experience with certified Claude expertise is what separates a team that has Claude from one that actually uses it.

The market is also moving quickly. New features, integrations, and risks arrive almost monthly. Keeping our certifications current obliges our team to keep pace with those changes, so that clients can concentrate on their missions rather than on release notes.

Our aim is for every client to get real, measurable value from AI, and to do so safely. Certification is one more step toward that.
