Eric Whitney
Team Lead and IT Director
As Team Lead & IT Director, Eric oversees the implementation of operational procedures and assists in strategic business planning and analysis.
Since joining us in 2019, Eric has built upon his 20 years’ experience of analyzing and improving business processes through technology. He is an expert in change management, compliance, and communication, mentoring and coaching client team members to achieve their maximum potential. Dedicated to fostering and maintaining positive client relationships, Eric helps facilitate clear and consistent communication between service areas and liaises with clients and employees to ensure complete satisfaction.
Eric holds a Master in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Information Systems from the Boston University Questrom School of Business. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Washington University and completed a year of service as an AmeriCorps*VISTA.
