Insource has been monitoring the evolving state of affairs around The Coronavirus (COVID-19) and has developed contingency plans to ensure that we continue serving your needs and supporting you during these challenging times.

As part of those plans, we are encouraging staff to hold remote meetings using Zoom, Google Hangouts, or Microsoft Teams rather than in-person meetings whenever possible. We are also encouraging staff to quickly move to systems that support effective remote work (remove road blocks), allow business continuity, and keep security at the forefront.

We are aware that this may be a new experience for some of you, and you may need some advice on how to adjust to this new method of working. That’s why we are running an online webinar session, titled “An IT Response Guide To COVID-19“.

This session addresses essential IT responses to our ever-changing professional ecosystems because of COVID-19. One of these major changes is a shift to remote working, and this session will give you practical steps you can take to implement it in your organization. Participants will:

  • Learn how to bootstrap IT systems to enable efficient remote work.
  • Examine strategies to create strong remote environments.
  • Understand procedures and protocols to maintain security.

These sessions will run between March 23 and April 3, and will be run via Zoom.

More sessions will be added in accordance to demand.

To register your interest, fill in your details on the Google form here, and we will be in touch.
