Andrew Pierson

As an IT Engineer, Andrew’s responsibilities include assisting clients with a variety of technical, network, and system support issues while creating novel solutions to client challenges. His day-to-day duties range from managing cloud systems and firewalls to security assessments and Office 365/Azure management.

With many years of working experience in highly technical roles in the information technology and services industry, Andrew provides first-class assistance with escalated IT-related user needs, which includes helping to select the right IT platforms and overseeing the smooth rollout of new systems.

When not at Insource, he can be found tinkering around in his home lab, exploring new places, and spending time with my wife and his corgi.
