Positive and client-focused, Casey provides remote and on-site technical support to Insource and its clients.

As a Senior IT Support Specialist, Casey’s duties as part of the service delivery team include first-rate support with initial user setup and the rollout of new equipment, as well as ensuring systems and software are up to date.

Prior to joining Insource, Casey worked in the customer service industry for over ten years and has a passion for helping people and developing positive relationships.

When Casey is not at Insource, you can find him relaxing at home with his wife and cat, curled up with a good book, or playing games with friends.

Casey has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, MA.
