Senior IT Support Specialist
Christian is a knowledgeable and agile member of the IT team, working with his colleagues to provide excellent support to Insource and its clients.
As part of the service delivery team, Christian provides remote and on-site technical support to clients. His day-to-day duties include troubleshooting both hardware and software issues, system updates, and equipment rollout for new users.
Christian has vast experience in user support and technical service, having spent time in a number of customer service roles. From household names in cell phone and internet provision to local healthcare services, Christian’s experience makes him expertly placed to troubleshoot IT-related issues for clients.
Christian has a Degree in Computer Engineering and Information Technology from Vermont Technical College, VT.
