Christian is a passionate and experienced Senior IT Support Specialist, assisting both employees and customers with a variety of technical issues.
Christian provides technical guidance and support to our clients, assisting them with initial equipment setup and deployment, software updates, or troubleshooting hardware or software difficulties.
Prior to joining Insource, Christian worked in tech support for a variety of industries including pharmaceuticals and visual effects. This is where he learned about computer systems, solving hardware and software issues, setting up user accounts, and implementing IT policies.
“My passion for IT came from my love of solving problems. That, combined with my involvement with customer service, means helping people in the world of technology has become second nature to me. I’m always willing to go out of my way to help clients with any issue, especially issues that they aren’t familiar with. I think that’s what makes for quality service and happy trusting clients.
