David Grant

As an HR Consultant, David provides clients with first-class support on employment matters, regulatory changes, and helps design and implement personnel policies and procedures. He also stays up to date with compliance issues and advises clients on best practices to reduce risk. With a solid background spanning various roles within HR, David’s expertise is grounded in real-world challenges and solutions. 

With over 16 years of experience working through all aspects of HR, David guides clients through employee relations situations and the implementation of policies, and programs. He is a personable, passionate, and business-oriented HR professional who has been known to translate the mission into HR initiatives that improve staff performance, employee engagement, revenue and growth.  

Prior to working at Insource, he worked for a prominent Massachusetts company, where he held various positions in HR, ultimately serving as the Director of HR for over a decade. 

When not at Insource, you can find David at home hanging out with his daughter, or taking a long trip on his motorcycle.
