As an IT Manager, Eric utilizes his operational and technical experience to provide support and guidance to Insource clients. With a passion for realizing greater efficiency, Eric helps clients identify solutions that reduce errors, automate routine tasks, and make teams more efficient and productive.
Eric has over 20 years’ experience in helping companies and non-profits deploy technology to advance their goals.
When not assisting with our clients’ IT support needs, Eric can be found spending time with family and friends, eating Thai food, or swimming in the lake.
Eric holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity concentration from Boston University. He has also earned the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
