IT Engineer
Garret is a highly knowledgeable and dedicated member of the IT team, working with his colleagues to provide technical guidance and support to our clients.
As a Senior IT Engineer, Garret draws upon his technical and operational experience to support and guide our clients. Garret enjoys problem solving and explaining complicated technology simply. His expertise in security and ensures our client’s systems are compliant and always protected. Garret’s duties range from supporting cloud systems and firewalls to conducting security assessments, performing routine reviews and maintenance on servers, and managing Office 365/Azure.
Prior to working at Insource, Garret worked as a Service Delivery Engineer, leading the delivery of IT services and projects across the healthcare, finance, legal, and retail sectors.
When not at Insource, you can find Garret at the beach, in the woods, or biking with his family.
Garret received his Bachelor of Science in Information and Computer Technology from East Carolina University.
