Ian is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable member of the IT team, working with his colleagues in the service delivery team to provide first-class IT support to Insource and its clients.
A keen problem solver with a passion for all things technology, Ian provides specialist assistance with escalated IT-related user needs, supports cloud systems, automates equipment and new user setups, resolves complex software and hardware issues, helps to select the right collaboration platform, and oversees the smooth rollout of system updates.
Ian has a Bachelor’s Degree from George Mason University in Communications, Media Production, and Sociology along with a certification in IT Cloud Computing.
