IT Engineer
An IT professional with more than 15 years of technology experience in the areas of finance, legal, manufacturing, health care and education, James serves as the primary technician for both in-house and remote clients. His expertise includes administering server technologies, including Windows AD, MS Exchange, Citrix, Hyper-V, VMware and storage solutions. James has created fast, efficient workstation imaging processes using Acronis and Ghost technologies while supporting applications like MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite on both Windows and Mac platforms. His responsibilities also include deploying and managing security and disaster recovery plans.
James holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Berklee College of Music and a certificate in computer programming from the Computer Processing Institute. His current certifications include CompTIA A+, Network+ and Microsoft MCP.
