Jamie works as a Senior IT Support Specialist, providing first-class technical support to clients. Analytical and attentive, he assists the IT team and clients with initial user and equipment setup, manages software updates, and integrates cloud technologies ranging from Microsoft Azure and Office 365 to Dropbox and Google.
With an extensive background in technical support and customer service, he is well-equipped to build relationships with people and solve problems for clients on the spot.
When not at Insource, Jamie can be found playing board games with his friends.
