Finance & Accounting Manager
As a Finance & Accounting Manager, Jessica works with her colleagues to help clients create operational efficiencies to meet company objectives and manage their financial health. In partnership with the service delivery team she manages monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes as well as related reporting in accordance with GAAP and client internal control policies. She establishes schedules and processes for compiling and reporting financial data to effectively guide organizational decision-making.
With over a decade of experience in Accounting and Auditing, Jessica’s expertise includes customer relations, team leadership, strategic planning, and accounting system oversight.
When not at Insource, Jessica can be found organizing activities and trips to create memorable moments with family and friends.
Jessica holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting Academic Achievement from East University, Carolina, Puerto Rico.
