JJ Baker

JJ is a dedicated member of the IT team responsible for assisting clients with a variety of technical, network, and system support.

As a Senior IT Engineer, JJ provides first-class guidance and expert support to clients. Working with his colleagues, JJ’s duties include performing routine reviews and maintenance on servers and cloud systems, and managing firewalls, security assets, and Office 365/Azure.

Prior to joining Insource, JJ gained over eight years’ experience in the Managed Service Provider industry working with clients from healthcare, government, insurance, manufacturing, education, and finance.
