Kaitlyn is a passionate people person who, in her role as HR Consultant, supports clients in various industries on numerous Human Resources matters. Professionally and thoughtfully, she guides her clients through employee relations situations, including the implementation of policies and programs. 

When not at work, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with her family outdoors, whether it be at the pool or the park. 

Kaitlyn has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Nichols College in Dudley, MA.
