Karynn Needel
Team Lead and HR Director
As a human resources leader at Insource, Karynn has extensive experience working with senior management at startups, small and mid-sized companies building HR departments from the ground up. She works in partnership with management to integrate the HR function into the overall business operating strategy and company objectives. Karynn has managed the HR practice for multi-state operations, navigating state-specific issues and requirements as well as union environments. She is fluent in all areas of benefit management and has specific expertise in succession planning and using HR metrics to identify trends and resolutions to improve recruiting and reduce turnover.
Karynn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in industrial/organizational psychology from Hofstra University in New York.
