As part of the service delivery team, Kyle is a motivated and results-driven Senior IT Support Specialist, providing first-class technical support to clients, both remote and on-site, as part of the service delivery team.

With a background in client support and IT, Kyle assists clients with initial user and equipment setup, manages software updates, and integrates cloud technologies from Microsoft Azure, Dropbox, Office 365, Google, and more.

When not dealing with our clients’ IT support needs, Kyle enjoys spending quality time with family and exploring new places.

Kyle has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science & Government from Keene State College, Keene, NH.
