Michelle Keats
HR Administrator
Michelle helps the HR team by acting as a front-line resource for clients with questions about employee benefits and HR administration. She also helps to communicate and coordinate between Insource and its partners, as well as organizing events, creating and maintaining client employee files, and supporting communications initiatives.
Michelle has a diverse range of experience, having previously worked in the finance and education sectors.
In her free time, you’ll find Michelle rooting for her girl’s soccer teams, and spending time with friends and family.
Michelle has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts, MA.
My daughter once asked me what I do at work each day, and with a big smile on my face said, “I work in Human Resources”. However, for my then 5 year old, that answer was not going to be good enough. I followed up by telling her that it is my job to help people do their best work, and that it fills mommy’s bucket to successfully meet the needs of my clients! I am passionate about ensuring that I am hearing my clients concerns, and answering their questions all while making sure they have the peace of mind that their Human Resources needs are met so they can put their focus and energy on doing their jobs.
