Nancy Jones

Nancy has over thirty years of HR management experience in all aspects of HR including strategy, administration and policy development, talent acquisition and employment, management and employee coaching and counseling, employee relations, compensation and benefits management, and training and development. Nancy guides clients through the assessment and identification of their HR needs and the creation and implementation of related strategies and solutions.  

Prior to her role at Insource, Nancy worked in human resources services in both large multi-national and small community organizations, primarily in the banking and insurance brokerage business sectors. 

When not at Insource, you can find Nancy’s bags packed! Her favorite trip so far was two weeks in Peru many years ago, as well as ten days in the Mediterranean.
