Senior IT Support Specialist
Nicholas is a professional and dependable member of the service delivery team, working alongside his colleagues as a Senior IT Support Specialist to provide first-class IT support to Insource and its clients.
On a day-to-day basis, Nicholas’s duties include supporting cloud systems, automating equipment and new user setups, resolving complex software and hardware issues, helping to select the right collaboration platform, and overseeing the smooth rollout of system updates.
Outside of work, Nicholas can be found either enjoying video games or enjoying nature in the mountains.
Nicholas has an undergraduate degree in Informatics from the State University of New York (SUNY), NY.
