As a Senior IT Support Specialist, Phu provides excellent technical support to Insource and its clients. Phu is skilled at identifying opportunities to support and streamline technology operations and has extensive frontline and helpdesk support experience, supporting multi-site operations for various organizations.
With over ten years tech support experience, Phu is a knowledgeable and trusted member of the IT team. An avid problem solver and keen relationship-builder, his daily duties include ensuring initial users and equipment are correctly set up and supporting clients with their hardware, software, and IT-related user needs.
Passionate about community support and development, Phu has helped raise nearly $50,000 over the years through direct services for communities in need of affordable access to tech support and technology and established a partnership with AFTRR (Alliance for Technology Refurbishing & Reuse) and WinnCompanies to direct electronics toward communities in need. He also enjoys mentoring IT interns and helping them build their technology careers.
When he’s not supporting our clients at Insource, you can find Phu outdoors, fishing, rollerblading, ice skating, skiing and snowboarding.
Phu has a Bachelor of Science degree in Network and System Administrator from the University of Massachusetts Boston, MA.
