Rob is a knowledgeable and experienced member of the IT team, working alongside his colleagues to provide first-class support to Insource and its clients.
As a Senior IT Support Specialist, Rob is on hand with first-level client technical support, which includes supporting client IT needs, assisting with new user and equipment setup, overseeing software updates, and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
Rob’s vast experience includes deploying, administering, and managing Windows, iOS, and Android devices, building solutions from the ground up, and support and helpdesk roles in the IT sphere.
Rob is working towards a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a focus on Software Engineering from Southern New Hampshire University, NH.
