As a dedicated member of the service delivery team, Silas provides excellent support and first-rate technical advice to Insource and its clients.
Silas uses his knowledge and experience in the IT sector to troubleshoot software and hardware issues, automate equipment rollout for new users, and provide system updates both remotely and on-site.
In his free time, you will find Silas playing tennis, having BBQs with friends, and enjoying walks with his fiancé.
Silas has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of Massachusetts Boston, MA.
