Tiffany Soto
HR Consultant
As a member of the HR consulting team, Tiffany works on a variety of client engagements providing support and management of their human resource needs in the areas of policy and procedure, HR compliance, staffing, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.
Tiffany brings nearly a decade of human resources and operations leadership experience from the education sector, where she led HR strategy, managed strategic initiatives, and oversaw school operations. Prior to education, she worked in strategic consulting, providing advisory services to corporate and private equity clients across multiple industries in the US and Europe.
When not working, you can find Tiffany spending time with my husband and their young kids, doing something with our church community, cooking or baking in her kitchen, or running outside.
Tiffany received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University and a Master of Science, in Merit, in China in Comparative Perspective from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
