TJ Lynch
IT Manager
TJ is a knowledgeable, team-oriented, and creative individual focused on creating robust IT systems, great client experiences, and staff development.
As an IT Manager, TJ draws on his experience to help lead the Insource IT team. TJ works to troubleshoot client issues, coordinate and develop staff, and create viable long-term plans for clients.
With many years of experience in leadership roles, from the education sector to nonprofit and volunteering, TJ shows a superior understanding and passion for solving client issues, shows great knowledge of information technology, and provides guidance for internal colleagues.
When not dealing with our clients’ IT challenges, TJ can be found spending quality time with his family or watching his favorite Boston sports teams.
TJ has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from The University of South Dakota, and a Master’s in Catholic Educational Leadership from The University of San Francisco.
