With his keen eye for talent and knack for putting job seekers at ease, Tom is an experienced recruiter of top tier candidates for permanent, temporary and contract positions in a variety of industries, including the financial and banking services and health care sectors. As our senior internal recruiter, Tom helps drive our success in attracting and hiring our strong Insource team.
Tom has 15 years of experience in conducting the full cycle recruiting process, including technical evaluations, screening candidates, conducting interviews and negotiating salary, benefits and compensation packages. He has successfully recruited project managers, specialized web developers, QA testers, financial analysts, underwriters and others in the IT, Finance, and HR industries, using both traditional search methods and creative recruiting in order to identify specific skill sets as needed.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts-Dartmouth.
