Tracy Poliseno
Marketing Manager
Tracy has worked in a variety of roles at Insource during her tenure, including marketing, business development, and executive support. Currently, she works with the executive team as the Marketing Manager to increase brand visibility and marketing tasks, including social media and print production. She also spearheads Insource sponsorships and event relationship management.
Prior to her role at Insource, Tracy has worked in nonprofit management on fundraising, marketing, communications, and program management. She was previously Co-Treasurer for the L.G. Nourse Parent Teacher Connection, a Stonehill College Class Agent, and an Adjunct Board Member of the Un-Common Theatre Company.
When she isn’t attending her two sons’ sports and extracurricular activities, Tracy can be found walking her Golden Retriever throughout her neighborhood or enjoying her morning coffee from her front porch.
She holds a Master of Science degree in administrative studies from Boston College and a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and public administration from Stonehill College.
