Senior IT Support Specialist
Ty works as a Senior IT Support Specialist, providing first-class technical support to clients. Analytical and attentive, he assists the IT team and clients with initial user and equipment setup, manages software updates, and supports cloud technologies ranging from Microsoft Azure and Office 365 to Dropbox and Google.
Prior to joining Insource, Ty has worked in a variety of technical support roles and is skilled with end user support, user system configuration and deployment as well as hardware, software and network troubleshooting.
When not at Insource, Ty can be found at home, in a music studio, on a mountain or relaxing in a hammock by the river.
Ty received his Associates of Science Degree in Information Technology from New Hampshire Technical Institute in Concord, NH.
