Vincent Murphy
Senior Finance & Accounting Manager
Vin is passionate about providing financial leadership and support for his clients and helping them achieve their goals. In his role, he and his team provide a range of accounting and financial management services to our clients, including assisting with setup for new clients, general ledger management, financial reporting, risk management, financial health analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and overall financial strategic direction.
Prior to working at Insource, he worked as a Controller and Vice President of Finance in various nonprofit organizations.
Vin is a member of his town’s finance committee and he enjoys helping his town and their employees.
Vin received a Master’s in Business Administration from Bentley University in Waltham, MA as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Financial Economics from Saint Anselm College in Manchester, NH.
“I’ve always enjoyed history and learning the story behind an event. I look at accounting as the story behind a business. Instead of sentences and punctuation, a business’s narrative is made up of debits and credits. Figuring out the order of events, ensuring the numbers are accurate, and tying together the story behind the numbers truly drives me the most.”
